Upon arrival, the room had a musty smell that lingered during our entire stay, making it uncomfortable. The cleanliness was subpar, with hair found in both the tub and the bed. Sadly, the bed was exceedingly firm, akin to sleeping on cardboard. Although room service was expected to clean thoroughly, they only completed half the job, leaving a lot to be desired.
